4. Booking and Payment

To secure a consultation slot, you may be required to complete payment through our authorized payment link or payment provider.

After payment verification, Kaya Kliniq will send a scheduling link or appointment instructions through the contact details you provided.

Please make sure your email address and mobile number are accurate. Kaya Kliniq will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information.

5. Appointment Confirmation

Your appointment is considered confirmed only after:

  • Payment has been successfully completed and verified

  • You have selected or confirmed your appointment schedule

  • Kaya Kliniq has acknowledged or confirmed your booking

Kaya Kliniq reserves the right to reschedule appointments when necessary due to doctor availability, clinic operations, emergencies, or other valid reasons.

6. Rescheduling, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify Kaya Kliniq as early as possible.

Suggested policy:

  • Rescheduling is allowed at least 24 hours before the confirmed appointment

  • Late rescheduling may be subject to availability

  • Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without prior notice may be considered a no-show

  • No-show appointments may be forfeited or subject to rebooking fees

7. Refund Policy

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment has been confirmed

  • If Kaya Kliniq cancels the appointment and no suitable reschedule is available, the patient may request a refund or credit

  • Product purchases may follow separate return, replacement, or delivery policies
