Refund Policy

The consultation fee covers the doctor’s professional time, appointment preparation, and assessment.

Once the Personalized Wellness Plan [consultation or assessment] has been conducted, the fee is non-refundable.

If Kaya Kliniq needs to cancel or reschedule the appointment and no suitable alternative schedule is available, the patient may request a refund or clinic credit, subject to review and approval.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please message us directly on our

Facebook page or contact us at 0917 175 2709 at least 24 hours before your confirmed schedule.

Requests made at least 24 hours before the appointment may be accommodated, subject to available slots.

Cancellation or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to approval and availability.

No-Show Policy

A no-show means the patient does not attend the confirmed appointment and did not give prior notice.

If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without informing us at least 24 hours in advance, your ₱2,000 consultation fee will be forfeited.

A new booking and payment may be required to schedule another appointment.
